Edit organization information, change password, upload a profile picture, and invitation management.

Edit profile information
Editing profile information is easy with Keyo. You can change your first name, last name, middle name, phone number, and birthdate.
To edit profile information:
- Navigate to My Dashboard in the left-hand menu of your personal profile
- Click on the Profile icon
- Click Save
How to change password
If you want to change your password, you can do this at anytime by requesting a security code to your email address.
To get started:
- Navigate to General Settings in the left-hand menu of the navigation bar
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Send Code
Fill in the fields with
- Current password
- New password
- Confirm password
- Security code
Click Change Password
Upload a Profile Picture
Change your profile picture by navigating to General Settings in the left-hand menu of the navigation bar.

Click on the photo icon
Upload a profile picture.
Click Save
Managing Invitation Notifications
User and admins are notified of their invitations from other organizations in the notification center. All users have the choice to accept or decline an invitation to join an organization.
To manage invitations:
- Click on the invitation icon in the top right corner of your user or admin homepage
- View list of all pending and accepted invitations
